Overview
The Glider 2026 is Luzz's control-first hybrid, upgraded from the popular Glider 2024. It keeps the easy-swinging hybrid shape and soft PP honeycomb core, and adds an aerospace-grade 984-Aero™ grit face for ultra-uniform surface friction: more consistent ball contact, better wear resistance and a longer lifespan. Structural penetration technology bonds the coating into the carbon weave, expanding the sweet spot and extending dwell time for shaped, controlled placement. A forgiving Gen 3 paddle for beginner-to-improving players who build their game on dinks, drops and consistency.

Editions
Two editions, the same paddle underneath. The Standard is the stock Glider 2026 in black. The Chris Haworth edition is built for Luzz pro Chris Haworth and inspired by "Oklahoma Lightning": a purple bolt running through the black carbon, drawn from the storms back home in Oklahoma, with his signature on the face. Same 16mm hybrid build, same 984-Aero™ grit, same 111 swing weight. The difference is cosmetic, so choose on looks rather than feel.
Approval status
Luzz lists the Glider as approved by UPA-A, re-approved in May 2026 following resubmission. UPA-A governs professional play (PPA Tour and MLP). We have not been able to confirm this model's status with USA Pickleball, which is a separate body governing amateur and club play. Approval lists change, so check the current UPA-A and USA Pickleball approved paddle lists for your exact model before sanctioned play.
