We run a club ourselves. SUNS Pickleball at Hornsby, every week, with the same problems yours has: paddles to demo, balls that vanish, and a committee buying gear out of its own pocket hoping the treasurer says yes later.
That last one is what the club portal is for. It sits alongside the rest of the Club Program, and it is the part built for the people doing the ordering rather than the people playing.

Why a login and not another code
A shared code is the wrong tool for a committee. It ends up in a screenshot, it gets forwarded well outside the club, and it gives a member buying one paddle the same deal as a club kitting out a season. So the committee side is a real account instead.
Sign in at pickld.com.au/account with your own email and you get the same shop as everyone else, with your club's pricing already on every product page and the recommended retail shown beside it, so you can see exactly what the club is saving. Order and check out as normal. Orders sit against the club rather than against a person, which makes life easier at treasurer time.
No password to set and no app to install. You type your email, we send a six-digit code, and you are in. We create the account for you, so there is nothing to sign up for and nothing to remember.
Who gets a login
Committee members and whoever actually places the orders. Tell us who, and we will set each of them up. Members do not need one, because the club code already covers them.

Tell us a bit about the club and we will come back with the portal logins for your committee and a code for your members. The numbers come to you in writing before anything starts.
