Refund Policy
We want you to love your purchase, but if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with our hassle-free return process.
Returns
- 30-Day Return Window: You can request a return within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item.
- Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include the original packaging to qualify for a return.
- Initiating a Return: Contact our customer support team at support@pickld.com.au with your order number and details of the product you’d like to return. Our team will provide you with detailed instructions to complete the process.
Return Shipping Costs
- For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer (the receiver of the items). We recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t be responsible for returns lost in transit.
- The original shipping charge on your order is non-refundable — refunds cover the price of the returned item(s) only.
- Where an item is faulty, defective, or not as described, we’ll cover return shipping in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Refund Process
- After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you via email about the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed promptly, and a credit will be issued to your original payment method within the standard processing time for your payment provider.
