This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through https://pickld.com.au/. Pickld is based in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Australia only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

If you are located outside Australia and wish to enquire about shipping, please contact us before placing an order.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received and cleared.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or NSW public holidays.

During peak periods, promotions, or sales events, processing times may be longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Timeframes

We use reputable Australian carriers to deliver our products.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

  • Sydney metro: 1–3 business days

  • NSW regional areas: 2–5 business days

  • Interstate (metro): 2–6 business days

  • Interstate (regional/remote): 4–10 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather, or peak shipping periods.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and weight.

Any free shipping offers will be clearly stated on the website at the time of purchase and may be subject to minimum spend requirements.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

6. Authority to Leave (ATL)

Some carriers may leave parcels unattended if Authority to Leave is selected.

If you choose Authority to Leave, Pickld is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage after delivery has been marked as completed by the carrier.

7. Delays, Lost, or Damaged Parcels

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will assist in investigating with the carrier.

If your parcel arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos of the packaging and damaged items

If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Outcomes may include a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

8. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

9. Risk and Title

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. Title to the goods passes to you once payment has been received in full, subject to applicable Australian Consumer Law protections.
