Gift card terms

These terms cover digital gift cards bought on pickld.com.au.

Delivery

Gift cards are delivered by email to the address you enter at checkout, either straight away or on the date you choose. Nothing is posted. If the email has not arrived within an hour, check the junk folder, then contact us at support@pickld.com.au and we will resend it.

Using a gift card

A gift card can be spent on anything sold on pickld.com.au, in one order or across several. Any balance left after an order stays on the card. Gift cards cannot be used to buy another gift card.

Expiry

Pickld gift cards do not expire.

Refunds and cash

Gift cards cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash or transferred to another card. Products bought with a gift card are covered by our normal 30-day returns; a refund on such an order goes back onto the gift card.

Lost or stolen cards

Treat a gift card like cash. If a card is lost or stolen, contact us with the order number and we will cancel the remaining balance and issue a replacement where we can verify the purchase.
