Life Time is the US health club company behind it. Its founder Bahram Akradi and his engineers designed a ball with 48 evenly spaced holes and chamfered edges, aimed at a truer bounce and fewer cracks. Pickleball Effect's October 2026 test had it quicker and bouncier than a Franklin X-40, with little bounce lost from new to used, and named visibility as its weak spot.

Two things worth knowing. The name is the company, not a lifetime warranty. And as at November 2026 it isn't on USA Pickleball's approved ball list, so check your event rules before using it at a sanctioned tournament.
