Work with us

We back a small number of Australian players, coaches and creators properly, rather than handing a code to anyone with a follower count.

It is a real programme: a written agreement, a code that is yours, and gear for your own bag. What we offer depends on what you actually do rather than on what you promise, and it moves as that changes. We would rather start somewhere honest and grow it than open with something neither of us can sustain.

Brands you cannot get everywhere

We bring Aireo into Australia, and Pickleball Labs is our own line. You would be talking about gear we distribute ourselves, not reselling the same paddle as everyone else with a different code.

One code, and it stays yours

You get a single code for your audience and it stays the same for the life of the relationship. Every caption, bio and video you have ever posted keeps working. If what you earn on it changes, the code still does not.

A programme, not a code drop

This is an ongoing arrangement rather than a code handed out and forgotten. How the programme works, and what you get out of it, is set out in writing before you commit to anything, and you can ask us whatever you like first. If it is not right for you, no hard feelings.

Two people, not a marketing department

You deal with Ben and Chris. No agency in the middle, no brief by committee, and a yes or a no from the two people who actually decide.

What we look for

  • You actually play. Talk about how a paddle feels at the kitchen line or on a third-shot drop, because that is the part people want to hear. First-hand, not a spec sheet read back to them.
  • You make something worth watching. Whatever you already do well, whether that is video, coaching content, match footage or just talking honestly about gear. We would rather you did more of what you are good at than fit a template of ours.
  • You put something back into the game. Club nights, beginners' sessions, local comps, or encouraging someone who has just picked up a paddle. The people we back tend to be the ones already doing this without being asked.
  • You are open about the partnership. Anything commercial gets marked as such. That is an ACCC requirement under Australian Consumer Law rather than a Pickld preference, and it protects the trust of the people listening to you.

What we look for is simple: an audience that listens to you, whatever its size, and a reason it should be us rather than any brand that answers. We would rather back a genuinely engaged 800 than a quiet 80,000.

Ben or Chris reads every application and comes back either way. If it is a no we will tell you what would change our mind. If it looks like a fit, the details come to you in writing before you commit to anything.

Run a club or a venue rather than an audience? The club programme and the trade page are the ones you want.

About you

Which brand are you interested in

Your audience

Give us the real numbers. We would rather back a genuinely engaged 800 than a quiet 80,000, and we do check.

Who listens to you that does not listen to everyone else, and why.

Your results

Tournament results, coaching outcomes, brands you have worked with, posts that performed, anything real.
