Warranty Claim

Something wrong with your paddle? Tell us here and we'll take it from there. We deal with the brand, so you don't have to.

Have these ready

It takes about two minutes.

  • ✓Your order number (it's on your order confirmation email)
  • ✓A photo of the full face of the paddle
  • ✓A photo of the full back
  • ✓Close-up photos of the problem
  • ✓A short video, about 10 seconds, tapping a ball across the face. Dead spots and rattles often only show up on video.

Start a warranty claim

On the form, choose Warranty Claim as the subject and start your message with your order number. You can attach up to 10 files, 10 MB each. If your video is too big, send the form without it and reply to our email with the video.

What happens next

1
In review. We aim to get back to you within 1 to 2 business days. If the brand needs to assess it, we lodge it with them and keep you posted.
2
Accepted or rejected. If it's a defect, we sort out a replacement. If it isn't, we'll explain what we found.
Postage is on us. If we need your paddle sent back, we'll cover the shipping, unless we tell you otherwise.

We'll email you at each step. If you have a question in the meantime, just reply to any of our emails.

What's covered

Manufacturing defects in a product you bought from Pickld: delamination, a core break, an edge guard lifting, the face separating, a loose handle, or a dead spot you can hear. How long the warranty runs depends on the brand.

It doesn't cover accidental damage (a fence, a court post, a drop) or normal wear, like a worn grip.
