What brands are sold in this store?

Pickld stocks paddles from 11SIX24, Aireo, Bread & Butter, Enhance, Franklin, Friday, Honolulu, JOOLA, Luzz, MARK, RPM, Selkirk, Six Zero and Spartus. We also carry Life Time balls, OnCourt OffCourt nets, PUSUN ball machines, Bestia eyewear, Trivss breath strips and our own Pickleball Labs range, and we make custom kit for clubs. Our brands page has a page for each paddle brand, with the full range, specs and current stock. If you are after a specific brand or model, search it on the site and it will show live availability.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Free AU shipping over $150, excluding bulky items. Orders under $150 are charged carrier-rated postage calculated at checkout from the delivery address and parcel weight. We ship across Australia and to selected destinations overseas, and the free offer is for Australian addresses only.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Along with Australia, we ship to a number of destinations overseas. Add your delivery address at checkout and you will see whether we can ship to you, with the delivery options, estimated times and rates for your location. Overseas orders are priced in Australian dollars, the free Australian shipping offer does not apply, and any import duties or taxes for your country are shown at checkout where they apply. Bulky items (nets, 100-pack ball boxes and ball machines) ship within Australia only. If you are not sure we deliver to you, email support@pickld.com.au before ordering.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?

Yes. Pickld supplies clubs, schools and councils with equipment in volume, including paddles, balls, nets and court gear, plus custom club merchandise such as branded shirts and caps. Any club or venue can have its own store on pickld.com.au: your logo on the gear, printed to order and shipped straight to each member, with no minimums and nothing for the club to hold. SUNS Pickleball is one of the clubs we currently supply. Bulk pricing depends on the mix and quantity, so email support@pickld.com.au with what you need and roughly how many players it is for, and Ben or Chris will come back with a quote.

Do you have retail store locations?

Pickld does not have a shopfront. We run online with local pickup available by arrangement from our Hornsby warehouse on Sydney's Upper North Shore, which you can select at checkout instead of paying postage. Everything in stock on the site is real stock, so pickup is usually same day or next day once we confirm.

How can I contact customer service?

Email support@pickld.com.au. Pickld is run by two people, Ben and Chris, so you are emailing the owners rather than a queue, and replies normally come the same day. If your question is about an existing order, include the order number.

Are you an authorised dealer?

Yes. Pickld is an authorised stockist of the brands we carry, which means paddles are factory-fresh, covered by the manufacturer's warranty, and eligible for warranty assessment through us rather than an overseas seller. Grey-import paddles bought offshore usually have neither.

What is your returns and warranty process?

Factory-fresh paddles can be returned within 30 days: see Returns and Refunds. If a paddle develops a fault such as delamination, a core break or an edge-guard failure, that is a warranty matter rather than a return: make a claim on our Warranty Claim page with your order number, photos and a short video, and we lodge it with the manufacturer and keep you posted. You do not deal with the brand yourself.

How do I choose the right paddle?

Four things decide it. Core thickness: 16mm gives more control and a softer feel, 14mm gives more power and a quicker pop. Shape: elongated adds reach and power at the cost of a smaller sweet spot, widebody is more forgiving, hybrid sits between. Play style: power, control, spin or all-court. Skill level: starter, intermediate or professional. Every paddle on pickld.com.au is tagged with all four so you can filter to exactly what suits you, and if you would rather just ask, email support@pickld.com.au with how long you have played and what you want to improve.

Do you sell quiet or low-noise pickleballs?

Yes. Pickld stocks a quiet ball option designed for noise-sensitive courts, which matters where clubs, parks or residential courts have noise restrictions. It plays softer and produces noticeably less of the sharp crack a standard outdoor ball makes. We also carry standard outdoor balls such as the Franklin X-40 and indoor balls such as the X-26 for regular play.

Do you have active discount codes or promotions?

Pickld holds recommended retail pricing on the brands we carry rather than running rotating sales, so the price you see is the price. Where we can add value we do it in other ways: free shipping over $150, a free paddle cover with most paddles over $200, and set bundles that come in below buying the items separately. Subscribers occasionally get a one-off code from us directly.

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes. Express delivery is available as a paid option at checkout and usually arrives in one to two business days. It is priced on parcel weight, which works out at roughly $10 for a single paddle, and the exact cost is calculated at checkout from your delivery address. Note that free shipping over $150 applies to standard delivery, so express is charged on top even on larger orders.
