We’ve made it easy to find the perfect paddle for you:

3. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on orders over $200. Shipping rates for orders below this amount will be calculated at checkout.

4. How long does shipping take?
Delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method:
  • Standard Shipping: 2-5 Business Days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 Business Days

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

5. What is your return policy?

6. Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, many of our products include a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty periods and coverage details vary by product and are listed on each product page. If you need to file a warranty claim, contact us at support@pickld.com.au.

7. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to track your shipment on the courier’s website.

8. Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@pickld.com.au. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been shipped.


9. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within Australia. We are working to expand our shipping options soon!
