Price Promise
The promise is simple. Find the same paddle cheaper at another Australian store, tell us before you order, and we'll match that price. We'll drop a Pickleball Labs FlexTac overgrip 3-pack in the box as well, on us.
How to ask
Send us a link to the other store's product page, before you place your order. A link, not a screenshot, so we're both looking at the same page.
That opens your mail app with the details we need. If it doesn't, write to support@pickld.com.au, or just reply to any email from us.
What happens next
Ben or Chris will look at it the same business day. If it's a match, we'll send you a single-use code for the difference, good for 48 hours, and the 3-pack goes in with your order.
Sometimes we can't get to the other price. When that happens we'll tell you straight and explain why.

The fair-play rules
- Ask before you order. The promise is for a purchase you haven't made yet.
- An Australian retailer's own website, with the item in stock and shipping from Australia. Not overseas stores, and not third-party sellers on marketplaces.
- The identical product: same model, core thickness, shape and colour.
- New stock only. Not used, demo, refurbished, clearance or end-of-line.
- A pre-order price isn't a stocked price, so it doesn't count.
- We compare their advertised price for the paddle with our advertised price for the same paddle, before any codes, cashback, points or bundles.
- Not sets, bundles, gift cards or an obvious pricing mistake.
- One match per order, and it can't be added on top of another code or a price we've already marked down.
Why we do it this way
We'd rather price our gear fairly every day and sort out the odd gap with you directly, one conversation at a time. You get the right paddle at a fair price, and we get to keep being the store you trust.
