Pickld Value Set: Selkirk Net + 2 Six Zero Quartz Paddles + Franklin Balls

Everything two players need to start playing, in one order: a regulation-height portable net, two Six Zero Quartz paddles (pick your colour), and a 3-pack of Franklin X-40 outdoor balls. The lighter, cheaper sibling to the Court Set, built for a couple or a pair of mates getting started, not a full squad.

What's in the set

• 1 × Selkirk SLK Prime Portable Net: USAP-regulation dimensions, steel frame, packs into its own carry bag.
• 2 × Six Zero Quartz Pickleball Paddles: carbon-face entry paddle, control-leaning all-court feel. Choose your colour.
• 1 × Franklin X-40 Outdoor Pickleballs, 3-pack: USAPA tournament-approved, official ball of the US Open.

Why buy the set

• Bundle to save: buying the net, paddles and balls separately comes to $439.95; as a set, it's $418.95.
• Two players covered on arrival: no mismatched hand-me-down gear.
• One order, one delivery: net, paddles and balls arrive together.

Setting up the net

The Selkirk SLK Prime is a regulation net: 6.7m (22ft) across, 0.914m (36in) at the posts and 0.86m (34in) at the centre, on a steel frame with tension straps. It goes up in a few minutes, one person can manage it, and it packs into its own carry bag. A full court is 13.4m long by 6.1m wide, so a driveway, a cul-de-sac, a quiet car park or a school hall all work, and a casual hit needs less.

How the paddles play

Both paddles are the Six Zero Quartz: 16mm, widebody, T300 raw carbon fibre face, about 224 g. It is a control and all-court paddle with a generous sweet spot, so rallies last longer while you are learning, and the carbon face gives you real spin to grow into. It is the same Quartz we sell on its own, not a lighter version made for a bundle.

Who it suits

• A couple or two mates with space at home and no court with a net nearby
• Households who want the driveway to become the court
• Anyone who would rather own a regulation net than a lightweight set-only one

Playing with four? The Court Set is this set with four paddles and a six-ball pack. Already have somewhere with a net? The Starter Set drops the net and adds paddle covers.
