Overview
The Friction Pro V2 in pink is Ella Oh's signature paddle — the same Gen 3, full-foam build the RPM team plays, now in a colourway of its own. Ella Oh is the world's number-one ranked under-12 player, and this is the paddle she put her name to. Pick the elongated frame for reach and baseline power, or the widebody for a bigger, more forgiving sweet spot.
How it plays
RPM's new Axial Carbon Layup pairs with an enhanced EVA foam ring to deliver the spin and controllable power the Friction Pro line is known for. The CarbonBite carbon-fibre face bites the ball for heavy spin off both wings, while the 16mm core soaks up shock without dulling response — confident hands at the kitchen, plenty of pop from the baseline. The elongated shape adds extended reach for high balls, volley attacks and singles play; the widebody trades a little reach for a wider, more stable face that forgives off-centre contact.
