1. Who runs this promotion

The promoter is Pickld Pty Ltd (ABN 88 698 807 082) of Unit 2A, 35 King Road, Hornsby NSW 2077, trading as Pickld at pickld.com.au ("Pickld", "we", "us"). Contact: support@pickld.com.au.

By entering, you agree to these terms. If anything in a social post or email about this promotion disagrees with these terms, these terms win.

2. When you can enter

Entries open when our giveaway post goes live on Instagram and close at 11:59pm AEDT on Thursday 22 October 2026. Entries after the close are not accepted. The time an entry is received is the time recorded by our systems.

3. Who can enter

You can enter if you live in Australia or New Zealand and are 18 or older when you enter.

You cannot enter if you are an employee, founder or director of Pickld, or an immediate family member of one (spouse or partner, parent, child, brother or sister).

We may ask the winner for proof of age, residency and identity before we hand over the prize. If they cannot give it, the entry is invalid.

4. How to enter

To enter, do all three of these during the entry period:

1. Follow @pickldaustralia on Instagram.
2. Comment PADDLE on our giveaway post and tag a friend in that comment.
3. Reply to the Instagram direct message we send you after your comment with your email address.

Your entry exists once step 3 is done. Sharing the post to your story is welcome but is not required and does not add entries.

Anyone who commented PADDLE and tagged a friend on the giveaway post before our direct messages switched on (10:17pm to 10:30pm AEST on Sunday 27 September 2026) is entered without step 3.

Before you give us your email address, the direct message tells you that entering adds you to Pickld's email list and links to these terms. By giving us your email address you confirm you meet section 3, agree to these terms and agree to join our email list. The direct messages are sent by an automated tool (Manychat) on Pickld's behalf.

We check steps 1 and 2 only for the entry we draw. Our Facebook post about this promotion is not a way to enter; it points to the Instagram post.

5. One entry per person

Each person, and each Instagram account, can enter once. More comments, more tags or registering again do not add entries. If we find someone has entered more than once using different names, email addresses or Instagram accounts, all of that person's entries are invalid.

6. The draw

This is a random draw, not a game of skill. Chance decides the winner.

The draw is at 12pm AEDT on Friday 23 October 2026 at Pickld's premises in Hornsby NSW. We pick one entry at random from all valid registrations, and we film the draw.

We then check that the drawn entrant completed steps 1 and 2 and meets section 3. If they do not, that entry is invalid and we draw again, the same way, until we have an entry that qualifies.

7. Telling the winner

We will contact the winner by email and by Instagram direct message from @pickldaustralia within 2 business days of the draw. We will post the winner's first name and Instagram handle on @pickldaustralia.

We will never ask the winner for a payment, card details or a password to claim the prize. Any message that does is not from us.

8. If the prize is not claimed

The winner claims the prize by replying to our email or Instagram message within 3 days of our first message. If they do not, or if they turn out to be ineligible, they lose the prize and we redraw at 12pm AEDT on the next business day after those 3 days end, at the same place and in the same way as the first draw. The new winner is contacted and announced as in section 7.

9. The prize

One prize: one Franklin C45 Parris Todd 13.25mm pickleball paddle in purple, retail value $379.99 including GST. The total prize value is $379.99.

• The prize cannot be transferred to someone else, swapped for a different product, or exchanged for cash.
• We deliver it to an address in Australia or New Zealand at our cost, within 10 business days of the winner claiming it. The winner can collect it from us in Hornsby NSW instead, if they prefer.
• If the purple paddle is out of stock when the winner claims it, we send the same paddle from our next Franklin delivery and tell the winner the date. We will not swap in a different colour or model without the winner's agreement.
• The paddle carries the same manufacturer's warranty and consumer guarantees as one bought from us.

10. Your details and privacy

We collect your name, email address and Instagram handle to run this promotion: to check your entry, contact you if you win, and publish the winner's first name and handle. We handle your details under our privacy policy: pickld.com.au/policies/privacy-policy.

Entering adds you to Pickld's email list, and the direct message says so before you enter. We will send you a confirmation of your entry, then emails about new paddles, guides and occasional offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, and unsubscribing does not cancel your entry.

11. Instagram and Meta

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, you release Instagram, Facebook and Meta from all liability connected with this promotion. You are giving your details to Pickld, not to Instagram or Meta.

12. What we are and are not responsible for

• Nothing in these terms takes away any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law, the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act or Fair Trading Act, or any other law that cannot be excluded.
• As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete or never reach us, for technical faults with Instagram, email or our website, or for any loss or injury from entering or from using the prize, except where it is caused by our own negligence, fraud or breach of these terms.
• We may disqualify any entry, or anyone, that tampers with the entry process, uses bots, fake accounts or other automated means, or breaks these terms.
• If something outside our control stops the promotion running as planned (for example a technical failure, fraud, or Instagram removing the post), we may change, suspend or end it, subject to any direction from a state or territory regulator. If we do, we will say so on this page and on @pickldaustralia.

13. Permits

No permit is needed. The total prize value ($379.99) is under the ACT's $3,000 permit threshold, and NSW, SA and New Zealand do not require permits for a promotion like this.
