Overview
The Coral Light Weight is the faster-handed sibling of the standard Coral 16mm — same Diamond Tough carbon face and Tectonic Core Suspension, but trimmed to roughly 7.6oz with a slimmer 4-inch handle. The result is a paddle that comes alive at the kitchen line: quicker hands in fast exchanges, easier counters and more head-speed on tap-volleys, while keeping the plush, connected feel the Coral is known for.
How it plays
Dropping the swing weight to 108 (from 114 on the standard build) makes the Light Weight feel lively and manoeuvrable — ideal if you favour hand speed and control over raw plough-through power. The lower 6.2 twist weight trades a little off-centre forgiveness for that extra speed, so it rewards a clean contact point in the centre of the face. The thinner 4-inch handle suits smaller hands and leaves plenty of headroom to add lead tape if you want to tune the balance back up.
