Pickleball Labs Ultimate Paddle Kit

Everything we make to turn a paddle into your paddle, in one box. Protect it, tune it, grip it. You pick the colours, so the kit either matches the paddle you have or makes it the one nobody else on the court is holding.

What's in the kit

• Paddle cover. Keeps the face out of harm's way in the bag.
• Edge guard 2-pack in Clear, Pink, Carbon Black, Ocean Blossom or Silver. Takes the chips and scrapes your rim would otherwise cop.
• Weighted Clips 3g, 2-pack in White, Red, Black, Blue or Silver. Weight on the edge, one each side.
• Balance Caps, the 6g, 9g and 12g set in its case. Weight at the handle end.
• Tungsten Tune-Up Tape, a 30 inch roll at 0.5g per inch. Weight cut to the half gram, wherever you want it.
• FlexTac overgrip in White, Black, Pink or Blue. A fresh, tacky handle to finish the job.

Three ways to tune, in one box

Tape for fine steps exactly where you want them. Clips for 3 gram changes on the edge that you can see at a glance. Caps to pull the balance back towards your hand. Between the three you can make a paddle steadier on off-centre hits, heavier through the ball or quicker at the kitchen line, and find out what it should have weighed all along.

Go one change at a time: add weight, play a session, decide. Keep it symmetrical, the same weight at the same height on both sides, or the paddle will twist in your hand.

Tournament play

USA Pickleball's equipment standard allows edge guard tape and weighting tape on a paddle, within placement limits near the edge and the handle. Handle weights and clip-on weights are not clearly on that list, so if you play sanctioned events, check with the tournament director first.
